Hire and purchase terms
Hire runs against a written agreement covering the hire period, security deposit, the condition in which material is dispatched, and how shortages or damage are assessed on return. Purchase and buy-back are likewise confirmed in writing. Those documents, not this page, set the commercial terms between us.

Scaffolding and formwork must be designed, erected, inspected and struck by competent people, in accordance with the applicable standards and site-specific design.
