This note explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form — your name, company, phone number, email address, the city or site, the item you are interested in and your message. There is no account to create and no payment taken on this site.
How the form works
The enquiry form does not post to a server of ours. When you press send, it opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email. The message then reaches us as ordinary email at info@rtlshuttering.com.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Map; both are requested from Google's servers, so Google will see your IP address when those load. Nothing else is third-party.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we have a business reason to — typically the life of the quotation and any resulting supply. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to info@rtlshuttering.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Call +91 96502 09409 if that is easier.
